Make Some Noise is recruiting an Administrator to join this creative wellbeing charity for children and young people.
We have received feedback from applicants re the number of hours this post i.e. 10 hours per week. For parents of small children accessing fully funded childcare places, a minimum of 16 hours must be worked. Therefore, we have slightly redesigned this job and added an alternative option of 16 hours a week but term-time only i.e. up to 39 weeks per year. We hope this will support parents looking to apply.
- Those who have already applied for 10 hours a week will still be considered. If you are selected for interview, you can inform us if the 16 hours alternative appeals.
- If are interested in the 10 hour position only, please still apply – there is no preferred option.
- Please state the hour you wish to apply for clearly on the application form.
We are looking for someone to join the team who is passionate and hard-working, with excellent administrative and organisational skills, and the ability to use their own initiative and be proactive in managing their workload.
The ideal candidate will share our charity values of fun, inclusive, pioneering and empowering, and will demonstrates a “can do” attitude including suggesting solutions, participating and achieving expectations.
This is an incredibly busy charity, so we are keen to appoint a friendly and approachable candidate who acts with pace and urgency being energetic, enthusiastic, and decisive.
The role is office-based only.
