Make Some Noise is recruiting an Administrator to join this creative wellbeing charity for children and young people. We are looking for someone to join the team as we prepare to launch our new 6-year strategy and support our expansion in to mental health.

This position is for a passionate and hard-working individual, with excellent administrative and organisational skills, the ability to use own initiative, be proactive in managing their own workload.

The ideal candidate will share our charity values of fun, inclusive, pioneering and empowering, and will demonstrates a “can do” attitude including suggesting solutions, participating and achieving expectations.

This is an incredibly busy charity, so we are keen to appoint a friendly and approachable person who acts with pace and urgency being energetic, enthusiastic, and decisive.

The role is office based and flexible working and/or school term-time is negotiable.

Make Some Noise is a small charity, based in Stafford working across all of Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. We utilise the power of music and creativity to ensure children and young people coping with challenges in their childhood are empowered with the skills to flourish and improve their wellbeing.

Office Base: Stafford Town Centre (no option for remote/home-working)

Salary Scale: £10.42 per hour – up to 20 hours a month, weekly hours and days worked are variable dependant on the demands of the organisation, therefore possibly only term time
