Calling all budding young musicians, singers and songwriters! Looking for something to do this Easter?

Budding musicians, singers and songwriters aged 14-19 years old are currently being invited to take part in an exciting four day music industry masterclass in Stafford in April.  Places are now available for the Wired for Sound Rock and Pop Music School to be held at The Stafford Gatehouse Theatre from 18th April – 21st April 2017.

The residency is to be delivered by Make Some Noise in partnership with Entrust Music and Performing Arts Service and The Gatehouse Theatre with special guest appearances from music industry professionals.

Over the course of four days, the young participants will take part in a series of masterclasses designed to develop their skills in song writing, production, recording and performing.

Working as a group they will create original songs which they will then perform live on the final day in the MET Studio in front of their families and friends.

John Simmonds, Programme Development Officer for Make Some Noise said: “We would love to hear from any young guitarists, drummers, percussionists, keyboard players, song writers or vocalists with a genuine passion for music and a keen interest to develop themselves further and perform live on stage.  This is a fantastic opportunity to work with professional musicians, meet other young musicians and singers and then gig in a fantastic venue.”

The cost of all 4 days at the Wired for Sound residency is now just £25.00
