Make Some Noise is excited to be recruiting a full-time Programme Support Worker to join this creative wellbeing charity for children and young people.

Families across Staffordshire and East-Shropshire are benefitting from our support and Make Some Noise is looking for a passionate and hard-working candidate, with excellent organisational, relationship-building and communication skills, to gather the impact of our work and share as widely as possible.

This role will support the growth of our programmes by providing administrative and operational programme support, monitoring and evaluation support, communication and promotion support and help with the development of stakeholder and community relationships.

The ideal candidate will share our charity values of fun, inclusive, pioneering and empowering, and will demonstrate a “can do” attitude including suggesting solutions, participating and achieving expectations. You should have a real understanding of the diverse needs of the families, children and young people that you will be engaging with.

Make Some Noise is a small and incredibly busy charity, keen to appoint an approachable candidate who acts with pace, urgency and is capable of using their own initiative in managing their workload.

If you want to work for an established charity based in Stafford, that has been using the power of creativity and music to ensure children and young people are empowered with the skills to flourish and improve their wellbeing, then apply now.
